Estate Agents & Managing Agents
The company is geared to cater for any size project, from small jobbing work, to major refurbishment's and building contracts up to the value of £500,000. We act on behalf of estate agents and managing agents with their day to day maintenance requirement and with the refurbishment of internal and external areas of blocks of flats.

Property Developers
The London Builders Guild are delighted to get enquiries from property developers and are quite prepared to enter into a joint venture arrangment.

Entertainment
The London Builders Guild has a department that specializes in building sets for the theatre and film industry and for exhibition stands, we also specialize in the refurbishment of Bars & Restaurants. Apart from London, We have carried out work in Paris, Dublin and Cardiff and are prepared to travel further afield for an interesting project.

 

RESIDENTIAL

We would be delighted to recieve enquiries from residential customers. The companies in house design team can give advice and assistance in interior design schemes to suit everybody's budget.
